Yes, free high-speed WIFI is available throughout the hotel.

Is there a car park in the building?
General Information

We do not have private parking at the hotel, but we offer our guests special rates to park their car in the public car park in front of the hotel, in the Moll de la Fusta.

Is there a breakfast option?
General Information

Yes, breakfast is buffet style with a menu of freshly cooked eggs. It is open and available to both guests and visitors from outside the hotel.

Is it possible to organise events and meetings?

Is there a gym available at the hotel?

Yes, we have a gym for the exclusive use of our guests free of charge.

Is there a heated swimming pool?
General Information

We have two outdoor plunge pools on the rooftop of the hotel, on the sixth floor. They are not heated and are for the exclusive use of guests.

How far is the airport from the hotel?

Barcelona-El Prat airport is 17 kilometres away from our hotel and 25-40 minutes by taxi.

How far is Sants train station from the hotel?

Sants station is approximately 7 kilometres away from our hotel and 15-25 minutes by taxi.

Are there public transport stops close to the hotel?

Yes, the hotel has connections with different public transport. *Accessible for people with reduced mobility. The nearby lines are: Drassanes metro station L3, and Jaume I L4. Bus stops V13, D20, 59 and H14.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

We do not accept pets in our hotel.

Check-in time at our hotel is from 15:00 hours and check-out time is until 12:00 hours.

A transfer service is available on request and a taxi booking service is also available.

Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or inside the building.

Yes, we have Room Service and daily room cleaning service. Please consult the timetable directly with reception.

Are there luggage lockers?

Our guests can leave their luggage at the hotel in case the room is not ready yet. It is also possible to leave your luggage in a secure locker after check-out for as long as you need.

Is it possible to make reservations for restaurants and tickets to museums or shows through the hotel?

Yes, both our restaurant Olentia and La Terrassa del Duquesa are open to the public. Open depending on the season, we recommend you check opening times directly with the hotel.
